Privacy policy

When you send an enquiry we collect what you type into the form: your name and mobile number, your city, and the property type. If you choose to add them, we also collect your email, the size of the home, your expected possession date, your approximate budget, the services you need, a link to site photos and any message. We also record which page of the site you sent the enquiry from.

When you write a review we collect your name, rating and review text, and your area and the service you used if you add them.

To limit spam, we also record your browser type with each enquiry and review, the country an enquiry was sent from, and, for reviews, a one-way code made from your internet address. That code cannot be turned back into the address.

Enquiry details are used to reply to you, to plan a site visit and to prepare an estimate. We do not use them for anything else, and we do not sell them.

Enquiries and reviews are stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and may be processed on its servers in India or elsewhere. Only the Jubilant Interior team can see enquiries.

This website does not run advertising or analytics tracking scripts. Our forms use a spam check from Cloudflare so that bots cannot send us messages.

A review is shown on the site with the name and area exactly as you entered them. Please do not include details you want to keep private. Reviews that contain links, email addresses or phone numbers are held for a quick check before they appear.

To have an enquiry or a review removed, or to ask what we hold about you, email us at jubilantinterio740@gmail.com from the address or number you used, and tell us which entry you mean. We will remove it.
