02FAQ
About these reviews
How reviews are posted, checked and removed.
Who writes the reviews on this page?
Customers do. Anyone can submit a review through the form on this page, and it is posted as they wrote it. We do not write reviews and we do not edit them.
Are reviews checked before they appear?
Most appear straight away. A review that contains a link, an email address or a phone number is held for a quick check first, to keep spam and personal details off the page. We may also hold new reviews for a check from time to time.
What is shown with my review?
The name you enter, your rating, your review, and the area and service if you choose to add them, along with the month it was posted. The form does not ask for your mobile number or email, and we never show them.
Can I change or remove my review?
Reviews cannot be edited once they are posted. If you would like yours changed or taken down, contact us on WhatsApp or by email and tell us which review it is.
